This Eula.exe file has been developed by volunteers for Registered Refurbishers.
The Eula.exe freeware program will prompt an end user of a refurbished computer
to accept the XP eula as required by Microsoft.
1. DEFINITIONS
When used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the respective meanings indicated,
such meanings to be applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the terms defined:
"Licensor" means Cincinnati Computer Cooperative "Licensee" means You or Your Company,
or non-profit unless otherwise indicated.
"Software" means (a) all of the contents of the files, other media with which this
Agreement is provided.
"Use" or "Using" means to access, install, download, copy or otherwise benefit from
using the functionality of the Software in accordance with the Documentation.
"Computer" means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar
form and manipulates it for a specific result based on a sequence of instructions.
2. DISTRIBUTION OF SOFTWARE.
You may make copies of the SOFTWARE as you wish; give exact copies of the original
SOFTWARE to anyone; and distribute the SOFTWARE in its unmodified form via electronic
means. You may not charge any fees for the copy or use of the SOFTWARE itself. You must
not represent in any way that you are selling the SOFTWARE itself. Your distribution of the
SOFTWARE will not entitle you to any compensation.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE. the Licensor
You may not sell, lease, lend or charge for the SOFTWARE.
Violation of the restrictions may result in legal action to remedy any damages caused by a violation, including attorneys' fees.
4. NO WARRANTIES
Cincinnati Computer Cooperative expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE.
THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will the Licensor be liable for any damages, claims or
costs whatsoever or any consequential, indirect, incidental damages,
or any lost profits or lost savings, even if the Licensor has been advised
of the possibility of such loss, damages, claims or costs or for any claim by any third party.
In no event will the Licensee be liable to the Licensor on condition that
the Licensee complies with all terms and conditions stated in this License.
